Part math whiz, part forecaster, Gaston helps identify customers who may need a little additional support in repaying their loans. Though he technically works in Delaware, you might say Gaston resides at the intersection of Big Data and Personal Solutions.

Leveraging our large customer database, Gaston applies models and analytics to predict which individuals may be at risk of missing payments. Our customer service representatives can then reach out to those customers, providing tailored support to guide them along the path to financial success.

Gaston was one of the architects of Navient's 5 Habits of Successful Borrowers study. He feels the most important habit is for borrowers to contact their servicers.
