The Collegiate Funding Services Education Loan Trusts (each a "Collegiate Funding Services Trust") and the Chase Education Loan Trust 2007-A (the "Chase Education Loan Trust") are the securitizations of Collegiate Funding Services, LLC. Navient purchased the trust certificates for the Collegiate Funding Services Trusts and the Chase Education Loan Trust and assumed servicing and administration responsibilities with respect to the Collegiate Funding Services Trusts and Chase Education Loan Trusts in June 2017.
