Factor and Current Rate Information Extracts

The SLC Student Loan Trusts (each, a "SLC Trust") are the securitization of The Student Loan Corporation, now a subsidiary of Discover Bank. Navient purchased the SLC Trust certificates and assumed servicing responsibilities in December, 2010. The asset-backed securities issued by the SLC Trusts do not represent interests in or obligations of, and are not guaranteed or insured by, Navient Solutions, LLC or Navient Corporation. The asset-backed securities issued by a SLC Trust listed herein are described in prospectuses and prospectus supplements, offering memorandum, or other similar offering materials ("offering documents") containing information about the terms and conditions of the asset-backed securities, financial characteristics, and servicing information related to the underlying student loan assets, trading information about the asset-backed securities, and other issuance details.

Prior to any investment decision, prospective investors should read the offering documents and other available information relating to the securities issued by a SLC Trust, and should consult their own financial and legal advisors about risks associated with investment in a particular issue of securities and the suitability of investing in such securities in light of their particular circumstances.
